Free UK Shipping On All Orders
We are delighted to offer free shipping to the UK on all orders made through The Woodley Outlet.
We ship to the UK mainland (excluding certain remote postcodes, see below)
We also ship internationally via a parcel forwarding carrier
If you are not based in the UK but wish to purchase from The Woodley Outlet, we are pleased to offer international shipping to over 190 countries through our partner, forward2me. To facilitate your international order, please follow these steps:
Visit forward2me.com and sign up for a free account.
Once you have created an account, forward2me will provide you with a UK address to use during the checkout process on our website.
Select your desired products on The Woodley Outlet's website and proceed to checkout.
During checkout, enter the UK address provided by forward2me as your shipping address.
Please be aware that shipping costs will vary based on the size and destination of your order. You can calculate the shipping costs on the forward2me website before finalizing your purchase.
Kindly note that any returns or exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

Order Processing Times
We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment has been processed. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and bank holidays.
For orders containing plants, it's important to note that shipping logistics may require a slightly longer processing time.
After your order has been shipped and received by our carrier, we will promptly provide you with a tracking code. You can use this code to monitor the progress of your package and ascertain the estimated delivery time.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to modify the shipping address for your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible and include your updated shipping details. Please be aware that once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.
Most orders are delivered within 2-10 business days from the date of dispatch (international order times can vary) However, depending on the supplier and specific products in your order, certain items may require additional time for delivery. In such cases, we will keep you informed with delivery estimates.
We are unable to deliver to certain postcodes due to shipping restrictions. Please ensure that your address does not fall within these restricted areas. If your order cannot be fulfilled because of shipping limitations, it will be cancelled and refunded at the earliest opportunity. The list of restricted and remote postcodes can be found below:

Returns within 30 Days
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item you received is faulty or incorrect. All international returns are at the customers expense.

This timeframe encompasses the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (typically 5 to 10 business days), our internal processing time once we receive the item (usually 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (typically 5 to 10 business days).
